Furniture Commissions

All furniture commissions will be discussed in detail with the customer to ensure that they are happy with the colours and finishes required before commencing. Any issues brought to our attention upon collection/delivery (ie. existing damage, woodworm etc) will be brought to the owners attention immediately and resolved before proceeding.

A quote is agreed by both parties prior to commencement and a 25% deposit is required at the start of all commissions. Any unforeseeable additions to the quote will be advised to the client immediately and agreed by both parties.. The outstanding balance is to be paid in full prior to delivery/collection of the item of furniture.

If the furniture requires collection/delivery by a trusted third party, this will be discussed at the quotation stage and a price agreed by both parties.

Completed furniture not collected or received within a satisfactory timeframe will be subject to a weekly storage fee of €25 and payable with the outstanding balance prior to collection/delivery.

Written quotations are valid for 60 days from date of issue. Booking is recommended to avoid delays and disappointment.

Home Decor/Artisan Crafts

All items in the Online Shop can be purchased online 24/7. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe or Paypal depending on your preference.

Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are also welcome in store.

Collection or Delivery is available for online purchases.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase all year round. They can be purchased online and posted to the purchaser or recipient as per your request. The voucher amount is also redeemable online and a code will be enclosed with the voucher. 

The minimum amount is €20 and vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. 

There is no expiry date on Gift Vouchers.

Delivery of Online Purchases

All items requesting delivery must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.

Delivery under €90 is subject to a fee for a courier or smaller items can be delivered via An Post based on cost per weight. Please note that An Post standard deliveries are not insured.

Next day, nationwide trackable deliveries are available via DPD (order by 12:30pm) and 2-3 day trackable deliveries are available via An Post (order by 4pm). There are no courier deliveries at the weekend or Bank Holidays. Orders are dispatched weekdays.

NB: All paint/liquid deliveries will be shipped via courier only.

Boxes are well padded with recyclable materials where possible. Some boxes and packing 'nuggets' are reused from suppliers to reduce waste. Please recycle wherever you can.

If, unfortunately, your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, so that we can issue a replacement, refund or repair (where applicable).

If you receive your purchase, but have changed your mind, we will happily refund you minus the delivery charge. Please note that any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and in its original packaging. The customer is liable for all postage/delivery costs associated with any returns. Only pots of paint with an intact plastic outer seal can be returned/exchanged. Please note that the new lids no longer have an outer plastic seal and for this reason, these pots cannot be returned/exchanged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that all orders exceeding €90 are valid for FREE delivery nationwide (incl N Ireland). An Post will be used for these free deliveries. FAQs can be found here too!

At Revamped we take your private information very seriously. All information you submit is for communication and purchasing use only by us and will not be shared with any other companies or third parties.

Our website is SSL encrypted (see the locked padlock symbol against our name in your internet search bar). SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers and login credentials to be transmitted securely for your peace of mind online. Revamped does not hold or store any payment or credit card details.  For your own online security, never share your payment details on a website that does not have this locked symbol or doesn't start with a URL of https:/
