All furniture commissions will be discussed in detail with the customer to ensure that they are happy with the colours and finishes required before commencing. Any issues brought to our attention upon collection/delivery (ie. existing damage, woodworm etc) will be brought to the owners attention immediately and resolved before proceeding.
A quote is agreed by both parties prior to commencement and a 25% deposit is required at the start of all commissions. Any unforeseeable additions to the quote will be advised to the client immediately and agreed by both parties.. The outstanding balance is to be paid in full prior to delivery/collection of the item of furniture.
If the furniture requires collection/delivery by a trusted third party, this will be discussed at the quotation stage and a price agreed by both parties.
Completed furniture not collected or received within a satisfactory timeframe will be subject to a weekly storage fee of €25 and payable with the outstanding balance prior to collection/delivery.
Written quotations are valid for 60 days from date of issue. Booking is recommended to avoid delays and disappointment.
Home Decor/Artisan Crafts
All items in the Online Shop can be purchased online 24/7. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe or Paypal depending on your preference.
Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are also welcome in store (payments cannot be taken over the phone, but a secure payment link can be sent if required)).
Collection or Delivery is available for online purchases.
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase all year round. They can be purchased online and posted to the purchaser or recipient as per your request. The voucher amount is also redeemable online and a code will be enclosed with the voucher.
The minimum amount is €20 and vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
There is no expiry date on Gift Vouchers.
Delivery of Online Purchases
All items requesting delivery must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.
Delivery under €100 is subject to a fee for an insured courier or smaller items can be delivered via An Post based on cost per weight. Please note that An Post deliveries are not insured and may work out more expensive.
Next day, nationwide deliveries with tracking details are available via courier only. Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next delivery day. Please note that orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excl Bank Holidays). There are no courier deliveries at the weekend. Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
NB: All paint/liquid deliveries will be shipped via courier only.
If, unfortunately, your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can issue a replacement, refund or repair (where applicable).
If you receive your purchase but have changed your mind, we will happily refund you minus the delivery charge. Please note that any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and in it's original packaging. The customer is liable for all postage/delivery costs associated with any returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that all orders exceeding €100 are valid for FREE courier delivery nationwide (incl N Ireland).
