These metallic paints work just as regular Fusion Mineral Paints do! Apply to virtually any surface, follow the same prep rules and you’re all set to add some metallic to your decor!

The beautiful iridescent sheen of our Pearl Metallic is perfect for adding the slightest pearlescent accent that works with just about anything.

Tip 1: Before painting with your preferred metallic colour, paint a coat of solid colour underneath that is similar, as metallics are fairly transparent this will help with coverage.

• For Pearl use Raw Silk as undercoat

• For Champagne/Champagne Gold use Champlain underneath

• For Copper  use Mustard or Tuscan Orange underneath

• For Bronze use Lichen or Bedford underneath

• For Brushed Steel use Little Lamb underneath

• For Pale Gold use Buttermilk Cream underneath.

Tip 2: Try mixing with our Clear Glaze for a subtle metallic effect over any colour. Glaze also extends the ‘open’ time you have to work with the product making it perfect for achieving blended effects.
